Write a letter to a Child with self-esteem problems giving him/her some recommendation in order to improve his/her child esteem. Include the following information:

 How to make him/her:

• feel valued and accepted
• feel confident that they can do what's expected
• feel proud of a job well done
• think good things about themselves
• feel prepared for everyday challenges
