In adverse environments and facing the lack of opportunities, situations of social disability can arise, which force us to rethink, from the social sciences, situations of exclusion, discrimination and abuse toward this population. It seeks to make their rights effective, from the ideology of the deficit to the paradigm of difference. | - |

En ambientes adversos y ante la falta de oportunidades puede arribarse a situaciones de minusvalía social, lo cual obliga a repensar, desde las ciencias sociales, las situaciones de exclusión, discriminación y maltrato hacia esta población.
