| dc.description | El objetivo de esta investigación es profundizar en el análisis de las problemáticas con base en las cuales se desarrolla la sociedad mexicana desde la perspectiva de la seguridad humana, lo cual se llevó a cabo mediante el uso de métodos aplicables a las fuentes históricas, formales, legislativas y reales del Derecho. De inicio, se identificó como problema central de la investigación de manera sui generis a las 7 dimensiones que integran el concepto de seguridad humana propuesto por la Organización de las Naciones Unidad ONU hace poco más de una década, haciendo especial énfasis en el ámbito de las políticas públicas, consideradas como factor fundamental para la protección de la dignidad humana de los habitantes del país. El desarrollo está integrado por una mirada retrospectiva de la seguridad humana, posteriormente se aborda la temática de las políticas públicas al interior del país, en torno al mismo objeto de estudio, y se analizan los avances en la puesta en vigencia de las normas jurídicas tendientes a salvaguardar la dignidad individual y colectiva en nuestro país. Finalmente se pasa a una etapa de conclusiones propositivas, en las cuales se establecen de manera sintética las perspectivas del autor respecto al tema central del artículo, mismas que evidencian el resultado de investigaciones cuantitativas. | - |
| dc.description | Depth analysis of the problem based on which Mexican society is developed from the perspective of human security is the goal of this research, which was conducted using diverse methods applicable to historical sources formal, legislative and actual law. Home was identified as a central issue of research sui generis to the seven dimensions that make up the concept of human security contributions proposed in the UN makes a little more than a decade. The development consists of retrospect of human security, then the issue of public policies addressed to the countryside around the same subject matter and equally advances are discussed in the enforcement of legal rules efforts to safeguard the individual and collective dignity in our country to finally move to a proactive stage findings, which are set synthetically prospects of the author to the central theme of the article, which show the results of quantitative research. If there is the possibility of generating a prospective vision of human security, it would definitely have a direct link with the urgent effectiveness of public policies at the three levels of government, which can be consolidated from having comprehensive knowledge holders responsibility politics of the moment; and not only that, but also relevant to know the dimensions of its powers in terms of putting in place not only effective and efficient but also effective legal standards that are in full legal certainty as guarantees of human dignity. Incidentally, also they have to enforce the policies needed to lay the foundations for the development of institutions that will safeguard all human dimensions in terms of the social pact proposed by Rousseau.
