dc.description Desarrollo de protocolo de propagación In vitro de gladiolo es
dc.description.abstract In the system of production of gladiolus there is a need to arrange asexual seed healthy and in good physical condition. In vitro propagation is a viable alternative that allows us to have healthy seed. The use of corms in bulbous plants under the technique of micro propagation is a great advantage compared to conventional propagation, due to the fact that through in vitro reproduction techniques material with optimal phytosanitary conditions can be obtained in less time, another of the advantages is the massive increase in production through the use of growth hormones such as benzylaminopurine (BAP), indolemal acid (ANA), kinetin (kin), as well as handling in vitro multiplication cycles for the purpose of multiplication massive in a short time. In the present work Gladiolus plants of in viro culture were obtained from cormillos in basal medium Murashige and Skoog (MS) added sucrose plus hormones. The highest formation of shoots per cormillo was obtained in MS medium supplemented with 1.0 μM of benzylaminopurine in combination with .5 μM naphthaleneacetic acid and MS supplemented with sucrose plus 1.0 μM benzylaminopurine in combination with .5 μM naphthaleneacetic acid. In the adaptation stage the rooted shoots achieved a 100% survival under greenhouse conditions. es
